PARK CITY, Utah — When longtime Park City yoga and mindfulness teacher Randi Jo Greenberg began offering prenatal yoga more than 20 years ago, she never anticipated the profound impact it would have on her community. Today, Greenberg is at the forefront of a new initiative aimed at bringing mindfulness education to the Wasatch Back region, providing free resources and classes to enhance mental well-being.
This initiative is rooted in the belief that mindfulness can significantly improve the quality of life for individuals and families. The program includes various classes, workshops, and resources designed to help participants develop mindfulness practices that can be integrated into their daily lives. With a focus on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall wellness, the program is open to all community members, regardless of their prior experience with mindfulness.
Greenberg's passion for mindfulness and yoga has inspired many in the community, and this new initiative is expected to foster a greater sense of connection and support among residents. As the program unfolds, it aims to create a lasting positive impact on the mental health landscape of Summit County.
